By accessing or using the Next Gen Cable website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website.
Next Gen Cable is an independent service platform that assists consumers in obtaining satellite TV and internet services. We coordinate plan selection, installation scheduling, and ongoing service management on behalf of our customers. We are not a licensed telecommunications carrier and are not affiliated with any specific satellite or cable provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to or purchase services through Next Gen Cable. By placing an order or signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Pricing displayed on our website represents the base monthly rate for each plan. Applicable taxes, regulatory recovery fees, and any optional add-ons you select will appear separately on your billing statement. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior written notice. We honor the rate quoted to you at the time of enrollment for any price-lock periods specified in your plan.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date your service is activated. Payment is due on the same date each month. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept major credit and debit cards. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the same billing date each month until you cancel your service.
We will schedule a professional installation appointment at a mutually convenient time. You or an authorized adult (18+) must be present during the installation. You are responsible for ensuring that your property has a suitable location for equipment installation. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications is your responsibility.
Equipment provided as part of your plan (receivers, modems, routers) remains the property of Next Gen Cable or its equipment partners during the service period. You are responsible for keeping the equipment in good condition. If equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, you may be charged a replacement fee. Upon cancellation, you may be required to return certain equipment.
You may cancel your service at any time by calling +1 (877) 654-7240. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. For plans with a committed term, early cancellation may result in an early termination fee as disclosed at the time of enrollment. Month-to-month plans carry no early termination fees.
Satellite TV service may be interrupted during severe weather conditions. Internet service may be affected by maintenance windows or network events. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interruptions and to notify customers in advance of planned maintenance. Service credits for extended outages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next Gen Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in courts located in New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
