We started Next Gen Cable because we got tired of watching people get locked into bad deals with providers who treated them like account numbers instead of neighbors.
Next Gen Cable was founded in New York City in 2009 by a small group of people who had personally experienced the frustration of unpredictable internet service, hidden fees, and customer support that went nowhere. We knew there had to be a better way to connect American households to the TV and internet they deserved.
We started by helping families in the five boroughs get better deals on satellite TV. Over time, as demand grew and technology improved, we expanded into internet service and began operating across the entire tri-state area. Today, more than 50,000 households rely on Next Gen Cable for their home entertainment and connectivity.
What hasn't changed in all that time is our approach. We talk straight. We price fairly. And when something goes wrong, we fix it — fast. That's not a marketing slogan; it's just how we've been running things since day one.
