Most installations take about 2–3 hours from start to finish. A certified technician will come to your home, mount the satellite dish (if applicable), run all the cables, and configure everything including your Wi-Fi network. They'll also walk you through how to use your receiver before they leave.

Satellite TV signals can be affected by very heavy rain or snow — this is sometimes called "rain fade." It's less common than most people think, and for most weather events, service remains unaffected. Heavy storms may cause brief interruptions, but they typically clear up on their own once the weather passes.

Our basic plans start with 100+ channels and go up to 260+ on our premium tier. All plans include major broadcast networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX), cable news, and kids' programming. Sports and premium movie packages are available on mid-tier and premium plans. We're happy to walk you through the specific channel lineup when you call.
