At Next Gen Cable, we want every customer to feel good about their decision to sign up. We work hard to make sure your service is installed correctly, works reliably, and delivers the value we promised. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason within the first 30 days of activation, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. To qualify:
Refunds under the 30-day guarantee are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. However, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any full weeks of service remaining after a confirmed cancellation in the following situations:
Professional installation is included at no charge with every new subscription. If an installation fee was charged in error, we will refund the full amount within 7 business days upon confirmation of the error.
If you return equipment within 30 days of receiving it and the equipment is in its original working condition, any associated deposit or equipment fee will be refunded in full. Equipment returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear may incur a deduction from the refund amount. Equipment fees are not refunded after 30 days except in cases of documented product defect.
For service outages shorter than 72 hours, we may issue service credits toward a future billing cycle rather than cash refunds. The credit amount is calculated based on the number of hours of confirmed outage relative to your monthly service fee. Credits are applied automatically to your account and appear on your next statement.

Please have your account number, service address, and the reason for your refund request ready. We aim to resolve all refund inquiries within 3 business days.
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us within 60 days of the charge date. Charges disputed after 60 days will be reviewed at our discretion. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
