Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Next Gen Cable, we want every customer to feel good about their decision to sign up. We work hard to make sure your service is installed correctly, works reliably, and delivers the value we promised. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason within the first 30 days of activation, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of your service activation date.
  • You must allow us one opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
  • You must return any rented or loaned equipment in good working condition.

Refunds under the 30-day guarantee are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. However, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any full weeks of service remaining after a confirmed cancellation in the following situations:

  • Service is terminated by Next Gen Cable without cause
  • An extended outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) is caused by our infrastructure or installation error
  • A verifiable billing error results in an overcharge

Installation Fees

Professional installation is included at no charge with every new subscription. If an installation fee was charged in error, we will refund the full amount within 7 business days upon confirmation of the error.

Equipment

If you return equipment within 30 days of receiving it and the equipment is in its original working condition, any associated deposit or equipment fee will be refunded in full. Equipment returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear may incur a deduction from the refund amount. Equipment fees are not refunded after 30 days except in cases of documented product defect.

Service Credits

For service outages shorter than 72 hours, we may issue service credits toward a future billing cycle rather than cash refunds. The credit amount is calculated based on the number of hours of confirmed outage relative to your monthly service fee. Credits are applied automatically to your account and appear on your next statement.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service used prior to cancellation (unless covered by the 30-day guarantee)
  • Premium add-on packages that have already been accessed or viewed
  • Early termination fees for voluntarily canceling a committed-term plan
  • Government fees, taxes, and regulatory recovery charges

Please have your account number, service address, and the reason for your refund request ready. We aim to resolve all refund inquiries within 3 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us within 60 days of the charge date. Charges disputed after 60 days will be reviewed at our discretion. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
